5X Fitness Lounge Wellness Spa LLC ("5X", "we", "our", or "us") operates the 5X Performance Lifestyle™ web application, mobile applications, and related coaching services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Who We Are

5X Fitness Lounge Wellness Spa LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the data controller for personal information collected through the Service. Contact: info@5xfitnesslounge.com · Boca Raton, Florida, USA.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information. Name, email address, hashed password, account role (Foundation, Execution, Elite, Coach), and verification status.
• Performance data you submit. Daily tracker scores and checkpoint inputs; weekly check-in entries (weight, energy, wins, struggles, goals); pillar progress; lesson completions; habit streaks.
• Photos you upload. Optional progress photos attached to your weekly check-in. Stored in object storage and visible only to you and your assigned coach.
• Communications. Messages you send via the in-app contact form, Elite application form, or coaching DMs.
• Booking information. If you book a coaching call: name, email, phone number, scheduled time, and goal/commitment notes.
• Billing information. Subscription tier and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. We never see or store your full credit card number. Card data is collected and processed entirely by Stripe.
• Device and usage information. Session tokens, IP address, user-agent, push notification token (if you enable notifications), platform (iOS / Android / web), app version, and basic usage logs used for security and reliability.
• Cookies and local storage. The web app uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember UI preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: authenticate your account, deliver lesson content, run trackers and check-ins, render your dashboard.
• Process subscriptions and one-time payments through Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts) and, if you opt in, performance reminders and coaching nudges.
• Send push notifications you have enabled (reminders, streak alerts, coach replies).
• Provide human coaching: your assigned coach can view the data you submit so they can advise and respond to you.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK Users)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the following bases: contract (to deliver the Service you purchased), consent (for marketing emails and push notifications, which you can withdraw at any time), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing, billing, and subscription management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Replit / Google Cloud — application hosting, database hosting, and object storage for uploaded photos and lesson videos.
• Apple and Google — only as required to deliver push notifications you have enabled (APNs, FCM).
• Your assigned coach — internal staff bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or other parties when legally required, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 5X, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and performance data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes (typically up to seven years for billing records). Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

7. Your Rights

• Access & export. Email info@5xfitnesslounge.com to request a copy of your data.
• Correction. Edit your profile in-app, or contact us.
• Deletion. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from inside the mobile app under Profile → Delete Account, or by emailing us. Deletion is irreversible and cancels any active subscription.
• Withdraw consent. Turn off email or push notifications in app settings, or unsubscribe via any email we send you.
• Lodge a complaint. EEA/UK users may complain to their local data protection authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA). You may request to know, delete, correct, or limit the use of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms (Argon2). Connections to the Service use TLS. Session tokens are stored on your device using the platform's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your password and device safe.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, email info@5xfitnesslounge.com and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under the safeguards described in this policy.

11. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness, performance, and lifestyle coaching content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
